At Elverde, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policy carefully:

Eligibility:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Only unused, unopened products are eligible for return

Process:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details
- Await confirmation and return instructions from our team

Refunds:
- Once the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Exclusions:
- Personalized or customized products cannot be returned
- Products damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for refund
